Casein Vs Whey Thurs 30/11/2000
LA Muscle's "The Club" newsletter showed them taking a stand in the current Casein Vs Whey debate. Standing firmly on the Whey side, LA Muscle's newletter said the following:
"Anyone with slight intelligence will know that casein is inferior. Yes, it does take longer to get through your intestines, but so does shoe-leather. Does that mean that shoe-leather is good for you too? Where do all these allergies/digestive problems from milk come from? Ummm, let's think, could it be Casein? Yes, you bet."

Since Sports-Supplements.co.uk first opened 6 months ago, our retailers directory has more than doubled in size, listing more and more UK based sports supplement retailers.
